ABOUT FURNACE & MATERIAL MOVEMENT
1) BOGIE FURNACE :
1 NO of size 4000mm depth x 2000m width x 2000mm Ht. fitted with combustion
equipment supplied by Wesman Thermal Engg. Process Pvt Ltd, Kolkatta.
2) Furnace is equipped with 6 point chart recorder, temperature controller, indicator & oil flow
controlling systems to maintain uniform temperature all over the furnace with temperature
variation +/- 5 o C.
3) Expansion ; furnace size 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 6000mm long bogie furnace in near future.
4) LOADING & UNLOADING OF MATERIAL : The shop has overhead crane of 10 Metric Ton
capacity.
